"Why does delivery take so long??? I'm really upset! The floafers arrived after I left to my vacation and now I don't have them! Your compony is a better class compony and should offer faster delivery! There was a $28 option for faster delivery but I wasn't going to choose such an expensive option. Most sites have the option of $10-$15, why $28!?"
"There’s no number to call so you will need to email and wait for a response. I ordered two sets of matching floaters for my kids to wear this summer and especially on vacations because they are versatile. One of the pairs arrived in the wrong size-mistakes happen so I reach out to floafers and wait for their email. They want pictures and info and then I was told to do the exchange process online. The issue here is that they won’t send the correct size that I ordered until they receive the floafers back, process the return and then mail me a new pair. Very annoying especially since floafers made the error not me. So we miss taking them on vacation number one because the whole return process at the fastest takes roughly a month-so don’t plan for a quick turnaround. The new replacement pair arrives IN THE WRONG SIZE AGAIN. At this point waiting for yet another THIRD replacement isn’t an option because summer is pretty much over and we’re now missing both vacations which was the entire reason why I purchased them in the first place so I decided to return the whole order because I’ve had it-rightfully so. Floafers made me pay the return fee which is unacceptable especially when I’ve been patient with their error TWICE now and summer is over-my kids start school next week. I will definitely look at other shoe options in the future, sadly this whole customer service experience has caused me to no longer support this company. When you make an error TWICE you should go above and beyond to fix the situation and floaters does not care."
