Thanks for your order and giving Floafers a try. We realize not every
purchase is a perfect fit the first time around, so we welcome the opportunity to find the one that’s right for you with our easy exchange and return policy.
Not sure what size you need after
receiving them? Try them on inside and walk around to keep them eligible for return. Maybe the color doesn’t quite match your favorite T-shirt or hoodie?
Not to worry as we offer a wide variety of colors and prints that are sure to coordinate with your wardrobe!
Returns or exchanges of
merchandise purchased from third party retailers will need to be returned directly to them and in line with their store policy. These purchases will not be eligible for return below.
RETURNS THAT ARE RECEIVED BACK WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE PROPER RETURN PROTOCOL USING OUR RETURN SYSTEM, WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. ALL FLOAFERS.COM PURCHASES MUST GO THROUGH OUR RETURN PORTAL IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
Exchange & Return Policy
All orders that are placed online are final and cannot be cancelled once
submitted. Once the order ships and is received you can simply begin the return process.
Exchange pairs or return pairs must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their original box. To be eligible for an exchange or return, all orders must be returned within 60 days upon receipt of your shoes. A full refund will be made for returned merchandise accepted according to our warranty policy, minus shipping fees and a $4.95 handling fee per order. When you choose to exchange an item, there's a small fee of $4.95, in addition to the shipping cost. We know you’re anxious to get your refund for returns, but please be patient.
Refunds take from 7 to 10 business days to process after merchandise has been received due to the individual policies of your bank or financial institution.
We are only able to accept back returns or exchanges on shoes that have been purchased through our online shop, www.floafers.com. Any shoes that were purchased through another retailer or 3rd party vendor must be returned through them and in line with their store policy.
International order returns/exchanges are not available currently.
Returned items must not have been altered, washed, damaged or worn outside, and must include their original packaging. Floafers reserves all rights to reject returned goods if they do not meet the requirements.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All orders ship USPS Monday-Friday (do not ship on weekends or on holidays) and are normally shipped within 4-5 business days. If your order is placed on a Friday after 12pm EST the goods will not ship until after the weekend, regardless of expedited shipping method.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
WHAT IS YOUR DISCOUNT/PROMOTION POLICY?
Discounts will only be applied during dates of promotions. Discounts will NOT be honored for previous and future purchases and there will be no price adjustments. First time subscribers 15% OFF will NOT be honored during promotional events and can be applied once events have ended.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
We cannot cancel or make any changes (this includes address changes) to an order after it has been placed. We ask that you carefully review all information on your order to make sure it is correct before clicking submit.
I RETURNED MY SHOES, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Returns received without going through the proper return protocol using our return system, will NOT be elgible for an exchange or refund. All FLOAFERS.COM purchases must go through our return portal in order to be elgible for returns or exchanges!
Please do not send blind returns back without a lable produced by our return portal!

TRACKING SHOWS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
Any lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking information to file a missing package claim.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
While we are as excited as you are to stock up on Floafers, there is a 4 pair limit per order to prevent shoes from going out of stock too quickly. If you’d like to place a bulk order, or are interested in selling Floafers as a 3rd party retailer, it is required that you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY FOR DAMAGES?
We realize there may occasionally be a production hiccup, so we’re happy to make the necessary adjustment in accordance with our manufacturing criteria. We offer a 60-day limited warranty but cannot guarantee shoes will continue to look like new after they’ve been worn over a period of time. The 60-days starts at the date your order was delivered.
The warranty only applies to a defect resulting from a manufacturer error. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or damaged caused by persons.
The warranty does not apply to shoes where the outsole tread is worn down.
Your claim will be reviewed and and determined if the Floafers fall under warranty. Please note, each claim is reviewed carefully and the decision is final.
If the claim is accepted, you can send back the damaged pair
in exchange for a new pair.
The warranty does not apply to FLOAFERS purchased from any third party retailer. Any Floafers purchased through a 3rd party retailer will need to be
brought back to that particular store.

MY SHOES WERE PURCHASED THROUGH A DIFFERENT RETAILER. HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please reach out to the retailer directly. They should be able to support you with a warranty exchange or refund since we don’t offer exchanges for third party purchases. Again, we do not handle any 3rd party returns.
HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Unfortunately, our system does not currently support international returns/exchanges. This policy applies to all purchases, including gifts.
I RECEIVED SHOES AS A GIFT AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEM. HOW DO I PROCEED?
To arrange a return and reorder, we will need the name of the original purchaser and the order number. If they were a gift, simply ask for the order details and we can handle it from there.
However, if these were purchased through a 3rd party retailer we will not be able to assist with a return or exchange.
WHERE ARE THE FLOAFERS SIZE GUIDES?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages. If the size guide isn't available on the product page, it's because some brands' sizing differs slightly to ours.
Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page or check out our women's and men's size guides for measurements, fitting tips, washing tips - everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.
CAN I BUY FLOAFERS IN A HALF SIZE?
At this time, we only offer full sizes. However, please see our sizing guide to find the best fit.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A SHOE NOT YET IN STOCK?
We do offer pre-order events from time to time. You would be notified via email if you’re signed up through our newsletter prior to such an event.
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER?
We do not offer custom design orders, but we’d love to hear your ideas. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT ARE THE FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF FLOAFER'S EVA FOAM MATERIAL?
EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) naturally molds to the foot, evoking a feeling of walking on clouds. Floafers are also lightweight, shock absorbent, and hand washable with soap and water. And they’re odor-resistant and antimicrobial.
ARE FLOAFERS SLIP-RESISTANT?
Absolutely. Our soles feature a slip-resistant and scuff-proof outsole technology.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOAFERS?
EVA shoes can be hand washed using lukewarm water, soap, and a washcloth or sponge. Using a towel, gently remove excess water, then air dry completely in a cool, shaded area. Never put Floafers in the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. Keep Floafers out of direct sunlight, and extreme hot and cold temperatures for an extended period of time.
