"Horrible customer service! I bought these for my husband's birthday. I ordered a 10 and got a 10 D. we wanted to simply exchange. We called the phone number which no one answered. My husband couldn’t find the chat. So he thought he’d return and reorder. Then we were hit with $10 restock fee for the company’s mistake. He sent back and still waiting for refund LESS $10 restock fee. Buyer beware. So disappointed!"
