Refund policy
All orders that are placed online are final and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Once the order ships and is received you can simply begin the return process.
Exchange pairs or return pairs must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their original box. To be eligible for an exchange or return, all orders must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of your shoes. A full refund will be made for returned merchandise accepted according to our warranty policy, minus shipping fees and a $7.95 handling fee per order. There is no charge for exchanges. We know you’re anxious to get your refund, but please be patient. Refunds take from 7 to 10 business days to process after merchandise has been received due to the individual policies of your bank or financial institution.
We are only able to accept back returns or exchanges on shoes that have been purchased through our online shop, www.floafers.com. Any shoes that were purchased through another retailer or 3rd party vendor must be returned through them and in line with their store policy.
International order returns/exchanges are not available currently.
Returned items must not have been altered, washed, damaged or worn outside, and must include their original packaging.
Floafers reserves all rights to reject returned goods if they do not meet the requirements.
