All Licensed Products manufactured by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement shall include the following attribution next to the use of the HARDY IP as it appears on the applicable Licensed Product and packaging and/or as used on the Licensee’s website, https://www.floafers.com, along with appropriate copyright or trademark notice, as applicable, substantially similar to the following: “© 2023 Michael Wilson Hardy, HARDY®; licensed by FLOAFERS LLC.”
