SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
At Floafers, we ship orders during normal business hours. Typically orders received before 3:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday will be shipped same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm CST will ship the following business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on major holidays. Orders placed on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after) and New Year's Day will processed the next business day. Floafers currently ships worldwide.
Order Tracking: Once an order is placed and processed you will receive a tracking number within 48-72 hours from time of purchase.
You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your original order just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have contacted us we will send you a RA# (return authorization) & form to fill out and send back with goods. Failure to include a RA# form with return inside a shoe box will automatically be ineligible for return. Returned shoes are to be in perfect condition when returned and will not be accepted if they are damaged or have been used multiple times.
Once we receive return we will exchange the goods or refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.
