WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Floafers, your absolute satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from when you received your shoes to return them. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original shoe box. We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside, so please be sure to try them on inside. If we receive returns that do not meet these requirements, the return/exchange will not be processed. Handling charge not included.
Please note that we are only able to accept back returns on shoes that have been purchased through our online shop. Any shoes that were purchased through another retailer must be returned through their online shop or store and in line with their store policies.
All orders that are placed are final and cannot be cancelled once submitted. Once the order ships and is received you can simply begin the return process.

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR SIZE GUIDE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages. If the size guide isn't available on the product page, it's because some brands' sizing differs slightly to ours.
Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page or check out our women's and men's size guides for measurements, fitting tips, washing tips - everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.
